Here are the tools I have made and found to light the flame, fill the cup and plant the seeds of intention in everyday.
We all need a little place to center. A place just for us to be, honor and love ourselves, on the daily. This, for me includes just a moment to myself either in the optimisum of morning or the reflections of evening. I make myself a little bouquet (just for me), light a candle and hold a mug of something warm and soothing.
